Focus T25: Get It Done!

Mark your calendars for JULY 8th! I know you have 25 minutes 5 days during the week to get in a great workout that is FOCUSED on getting you the results you want. While the kids nap, before they wake up for the day, while dinner is in the oven, or on a study break - you can do this!
