I am in desperate need of new running/workout shoes. Would love any comments or suggestions that you have for what to get. I put in about 20-40 miles/wk running the roads, gravel and grass. I also workout with dvds and just getting back into lifting.
I'm also in love with my Cardio Trainer app, but my GPS keeps messing up. Do you have any suggestions for a fitness tracker that is not an app on your phone?
Finally, what kind of socks do you wear when running/working out? I've heard a lot about compression socks, what do you suggest?
