We grow up dreading Monday. It's the day that means the fun is over; it's back to work, back to school, back to a week of stress and chaos. But why does it have to be that way? Why not turn it around and make it the beginning of a new week to get more accomplished, to make new friends, achieve some goals, start over? I'm going to look at Monday now as the quote above, "my day". It's my day to start the week right with health and fitness, and start another week of my life living happy and healthy!
